Default upper body question

I'm planning to work out my upper body again soon but i have a few questions.
what are the best exercises and what exercises should i include/not miss out on (i know the basic like curls, and presses, etc).

(for biceps/triceps)
okay and I'm also wondering if it's better if I do a lot of reps with 15 lbs per hand while say watching tv or like when im just sitting down, or is it better to overload and do little reps because i have a barbell that can go up to 100 lbs.

if you want power, explosiveness and performance go for the overload option till you drop to a set or two of 3-5 reps of you're highest weight..if you want to bulk your arms do a few sets working at 80% of the max weight you can henadle

15lbs just watching tv will really work pure endurance of your arms and may tone a bit

nah i dont recomned the quirky tv break workouts, tats not the right wya to train

i suggest 3-2 days a week of upper body training to complement your vert training

basic, large movements like benching, rows and chinups to use the main muscles should do it if u just want an overall workout

start of with more reps(10-16)with low weight,3 sets should do,as u progress increase the weight load and lower the reps

ws4sb is a very gud program

depending on ya experience i dont know so i cant say u should start on heavy loads
