So i just need some help. Im 4/5 on the court. and heres some things i need help with.

also anybody have drills for improving hands. like catching the ball.

Because i was watchign a video and the coach said the first things you do when your evaluating a big is look at there hands and footwork. My footworks decent and my i guess my hands are decent aswell. i just need to improve those certain aspects of my game.

there r many ball handling/dribbling programs i can get u

u really dont need dribbling programs as such to improve ya handles,as long as u do the basics and work on em a lot tat should do it

white hot handles is a dribbling/ball handling program tat comes with gmv(get max vertical-a good vertical jump program)as a bonus

its pretty gud for all levels,as u can tweak it up and make it harder 4 ya own skill level

go to the streetball moves section tat will b helpfull 4 u

vjb plyos should develop your overall movement and footwork,it should help all aspects athletically on tat matter!

with that tim duncan move, its basically just fundamentally sound foot work, which tim is known for,so anyways u have ure back to the person, back him down, make him defend you and stuff, then u plant ure right foot (left foot if ure on the right side)and u want to pivot spin and get your other foot over/in front of ure defenders foot.by then u have a step on ure defender, and u just power ureself to the hoop.hope that helped

for the post move, its actually pretty simple. When the deffenders on u, lean back and see which side he's focused more on. Then role to the opposite side, and finish.

yea, pretty much right on, and to add to that, use the momentum on the ball going up to help u spin, that should make the spin a lil faster...

and btw since ur 6'5 work on a hookshot, it might be outdated and not used as much, but u can easily dominate with it, its practically unguardable.

yeah the hookshot i have done that occasionaly and the only it gets stopped is if i miss. Just a question is the kareem way better or just a normal jump hook.
