arm length/ hand size
is there anyway to get longer arms and hands. doing gro taller programs wont really help right. also that makes u unporportional like a longer spine bu short arms
|

No there isn't a way. You might be a little unporportional, but if it's really bad, your body just won't increase the length of the spine anymore, or it might increase arm size. I've never heard of anything like that happening, so I really can't give you a definite answer.

if u do boxing a lot it makes your hands bigger, it happened to me, look ata boxers hands and they will be massive

maybe he ment arms,cuz when ure constantly throwing punches at full force or semi full force,i guess the body tends to try to get used to it,or maybe ure elbow joint has microfractures and u can lengthen them before they heal or something i dunno,but i wudnt be surprised if they had massive hands too tho

no its ur hands, and is coz ur fingers get stretched after punching thousands of times.

What aj says is true. This is why by playing basketball/volleybal or swimming may increase your height. Coz your always stretching your body when you jump which in turns lengthens it.

my grandad saw ma hands nd hes lyk u can tell u have done boxing and im lyk huh he sed they used ta show u the boxers in the tents hands and they were really stretched and their fingers were huge
