of course he would hav to practice time and time again,after all it is a proffesional orgonization so they'd hav to b at highest standards
there is a site and it lists many vertical jump programs nba/AND1/other bball groups hav used,ive gone through them and non of them r that good,and can't compare to the level where vjb is at
