ya but there is no way 2 do plyometrics at the gym becasue they don't have jump boxes in stuff so thats why I can't hit the weights. So I was jus wondering if just with body weight I can get to a 35-40 inch vertical range.

huh? if there are weights at the gym u can do weights, for most plyometrics u dont need boxes, u can just use a table or imagine objects, u do plyos and weights as two separate workouts, so u can do plyos at home, then later u could go to the gym and do the weights

Ya but wouldn't it look weird doing pylomertics at the gym becasue I looked at the workout in athletic advantage and you have to do weights and pylometrics there like mixed and there is one exercise with a box and that is weighted step-ups. So I don't know how it is even possible to work out in the gym

never mind they are seperate So I am going to do the pylometrics first and then go to the gym and hit the weights, but my gym is like 20 mins away so does it matter if I do the the weights like 20 mins after the pylometric work-out

ok i suggest u do vjb plyos at home or somewhere u feel comfortable n do vjb weights at the gym

always do plyometric workouts before weight training

u can do plyos n weights on different days if u wish
(like plyo's monday,weights tuesday,n so on)

or both on the same day but remember plyo's always first

it really dont hav 2 b straight after u can do plyo in the morning n weights at afternoon

athletic advantage n vjb giv similar results its really down 2 the person
