I am going to start Athletic Advantage this monday and is it ok if I do the pylometrics first and the weights like 5 mins after it. Then I am going to do upper body work-out on the following day.

I AM GOING TOO WORKOUT HARD CORE NOW BECAUSE I AM IN GRADE 11 RIGHT NOW AND I WANA DUNK BY THE TIME I GET TO GRADE 12

Standing vertical: 28 inches
Running vertical: 32 inches

Goals: 40 inch vertical leap
NBA point guard or shooting guard

Well doing weights properly and to get gains you would be still a bit tired in the late afternoon. Seriously.

I'm never really that tired after weights, and I do it properly. You should not fatigue yourself that much if you are lifting for power.

I've never heard of anyone who has done it, but it seems fine. I would suggest vjb over it because I know it will give results.
