You can do weighted step ups on a bench. I'm sure you could find something to use.

other way around aj , plyos always before weights, this is because plyos require a fatigue free cns alot more and if u were to do weights first and do your plyo workout later, your CNS would be completely gone causing a shitass workout, where youd be only doing everything at like 60%. Id reccomend having a 6-8 hour break in between plyos and weights.

yeah, thats what i do but i heard its ok to do it the other way around, some1 sed it on here once, cant remember who lol

thats true its cuse gravity has no effect on your spine when your lying on a bed, I think the average person is a half inch shorter at the end of the day, depends on how much you weigh and other factors

dont listen to what exactly 1 person says, listen to a variety of oppinions. Anyways, do not do it the other way around. Plyometrics is sposed to be used in order to get your body used to jumping higher, you really think that after some weight training, your gonna have less ground contact time, be more springy etc? i didnt think so :P

if you spread them well enough apart, I don't see how theres a problem. Weights in the morning and plyos late afternoon can be good.
