Default vertical jump goals

i want to know what i can realistically expect from vjb begg plyos and nov. weights 2x a week. i am setting my goal at 8 inches. i would like to know what program you are doing and what your goal is and what your current statis is, what have you gained and what week you one. thanks

u might gain that if u work hard but u cant be sure. im in phase 3, week 1 of vjb beginners plyo and bodyweight and i have gained about 4 inches, my goal was to gain 8 inches

I'm in phase 1 week 2 of begginner plyo's + nov. weights. i'm going for 4 inches which might let me dunk but would get me to 36-37 inches running vert. Anything more for me would be a bonus.

Michealball55 u cant dunk with 31inches at 5'10? i thought if i had that much plus another 4 or so i would dunk and im 5'8.

lol actually last night in a league game i picked it and went up to lay it in and actually half dunked it, it wasnt clean at all. If i got 4 inches i could throw it down possibly with two hands. Thats my first time in a game being close to throwing one down and that just makes me the more motivated to continue my vjb WO. I think someone asked if it was natural but no its not i started w/ 25 inch vert or so did jumpsoles w/ speed complex for half the year now doing vjb and im at 32-33 inches.

wow nice, u know how much u cut off ur 40 yard time or 100 metre or whatever? is the speed complex thing an extra program u get with jumpsoles? coz i have the jumpsoles program but no speed complex thing.
