Default over training

i heard its bad to overtrain for vertical but is it bag if u practice ball handling and dribbling for like 3 hours everyday cas i really need work onit.

Muscle fatigue can make it more game like though. You aren't always going to be fresh when you are shooting, and you won't always be able to get off the perfect form because of defenders.

If you are just shooting and dribbling, it's really low intensity so it won't contribute to overtraining.

the longer u practice the better, but dont make ur workout too hard, lyk doin pushups every time u screw up or sumtin, thats ok for a while but dont try and do that 3 hours straight, but practice for as long as u can

Gosh you make a lot of threads. Anyways, yeah its good to practice, but practicing too much then losing your form and the correct way to do things when you get tired is bad.

yes, steve nash used to dribble a tennis ball to school every day, man u got a lot of questions!
