Well, he says u get your money back if you do exactly what he says. it is pretty hard to do all the things he says. the workouts are hard enough and you have to do them at around 7:00 AM and you have to take "so and so" supplements before ur workout and then "so and so" supplements during ur workout, etc. and a bunch of other stuff.

its nearly impossible to get a refund for it, like everyone said, you gotta follow it exactly. lets say you do follow the program word for word, the money you wasted on supplements, protein and all the time you wasted wont be refunded to u

it would only be possible for an adult who would probably have to be single, have tons of spare time and money on there hands and was motivated enough to stick to it, then they would get that 6 inches unless they had been training for some time before and already had a large vertical jump
