Default leap ups/burnouts????

wazzup everybody out there!

i saw pictures on how to do leap ups and on how to do burnouts. but i can't see any difference between the exercises. can someone please tell me what the difference is?

P.S my english is ain't that good. you*ll have to excuse me

They may be different names for the same thing?

LEAP UPS -bend down to 1/4 squat position . -jump about 10-12 inches, when you land this completes 1 rep. Go back to the 1/4 squat position and then repeat.

BURNOUTS -Start elevated on your tiptoes, as fast as possible jump repeatedly about 2-3 inches land on tiptoes and don't allow heels to touch ground, repeat.

Ya don't do AA i figured you weren't because it explains the exercises.
