Question 1-2'' Quick

Does anybody have suggestions as to how i could gain 1-2'' quick in-season to my vertical.

Calf Raises, Burnouts, Depth Jumps, anything with a given rep and set??

i heard of a program called SuperHops i heard you can gain like 1inch/week or more but you have to ice or heat some tendon.

Well Air Alert could probably give you about an 1 maybe 2 in about 4-5 weeks.. so just go to about week 5.

TVP Has an instant vert gain exercise, but u need jumpsoles and ankle weights :/

air alerts a bad program if you do it all the way through.. but if you only do it up to week 5, it can give some quick gains.

i did it to week 4 and it was bad for me. do that stretch, u shuld gain an inch or 2 from it, kneeling hip flexor stretch. i did it ages ago but now i cant remember how to do it and i want to coz my hips and upper legs and stuff are really tight atm

I personally wouldnt try superhops because you could easily tear your achiles doing them, so im too scared to try them. Heres some cool tricks.
