when u do superhops u have to be advanced and also warm up and stretch and use deep heat and all that for about 20 mins

hey guys, how about there is no such excercise to give you a quick 1-2 inch? period lol. The only thing i can see adding to your vert is dynamic stretching, vizualisation and getting psyched before you jump. That alone can put like seriously 5-6 inches on your jump.

Thats true, also nobody said just take a rest day. Get off your feet for a day and im sure your vert would go up 1-2 inches. If your not training real hard this prolly wouldn't work but i always find when i actually give my body some rest it helps.

yeah i tried superhops for a week and i could feel like i was going to tear my achilles it's not the jumpsoles or ankleweights it's just the going down below the heel then up and so on and so forth but i'll use some stuff from the sites u guys listed
