I understand Upn is pretty much what makes your training solely for you, but im not sure how you obtain the number, Lowry explains that to obtain it you must see how many reps of the given exercise you can do, then im guessing that you go to the UPN charts and click on a number (depending on how many reps you can do?)

Correct me if im wrong on that, and also, do you have to do this for every exercise requiring your Upn number?

And for the window plan im guessing that there is not one supplement that can cover alot (if not all) of the things at once?

i really dont know bout the first part, i havent read the whole program yet, but as far as the supplemtents go, u can try places like gnc. thier mega men sports might cover some of it. click the info tab to check whats it has

bump.... by the way i can tell that the dumbasses on this site who say vjb is better than vtp are the same ones that dont read vtp, otherwise my question would have been answered ages ago.

but the confusing part is, lets say you can do one excercise 10 times the other 12, do i go to super bonus 3 and click on those numbers? Thats hard cuz its like i need the computer around me when i train

the dumasses on the site look at tvp and say wow, this is confusing! and it requires lots of equipment, time and supplements and it isnt suitable for all level of training...
