for left hand just try and do everything left handed, write left handed, eat left handed do left handed layups, and dribble left handed. for dribbling just practice going fast and doing lots of moves. do that walk ( ithink its called the jordan walk) where u walk while putting the ball between ur legs and also when ur inside just dribble around the house with a tennis ball. if u can learn to juggle that helps a lot too.

i had the same problem, my lefts alot better because i started taking the bball everywhere i went dribbling left handed with eyes closed etc. The better basketball dvds have great drills if u cud get a hold of them. My shooting technique is currently getting a lot better thanks to the dvd and practise.

the bettter basketball dvd has tons of drills that will help with. i suggest you just google the drills cuz most of them are common drills that are used by a lot of players. main thing is just practice with your left. dribble, drive, layup all with your left hand and in due time you will see huge improvements
