Default Groin pain?

Has ne body had pain in there groin. I have pain in my groin when i walk or when i jump. Did i pull my groin?

hmm i remmeber one of ma freinds complaining about this the day after a basketball game

try some stretches,but b carefull,it might make it worse

its pretty bad if its so severe it hurtz when u jump or walk

luckily neva happened 2 me,all i can say is rest it up and take it eazy

Take it easy for a few days, and rest - maybe look for some stretches on the internet, if its not better within 3-4 days; go see a doctor, might be serious

Ive had groin painz till tha point i cudnt wlk properly it happend in P.E. wen i woz in a 200m sprint, i woz jus runin den i felt a sharp pain on ma left groin, i tried strechin buh dat dint actually help, so i just restd for 5 weekz den tha pain gradually went away

After 4 weeks of VJB Intermediate Strength Training + plyometrics
Running vert went to 29-30

right know i am vjb intermediate plyos and im on my 2 phase of the second week is it right to rest until monday. Or should i keep on going. O ya and is it ok to skip a week of one phase or should i redo that week?

i had a problem like that one time, i didnt pull it but it would start hurting after a game and really slowed me down. the pain stayed for weeks. it went away after a while and a lot of rest. after i healed up, i started streching more often and been fine since

missing one trainin session is aight,as long as u catch up on the next one schedualed,howeva missing 2 or more session in a row is a no-no

Resting is the best reccomendation for any pain rest on it
