I lost my left hand dribble not playing for a while, just try to do all the moves and stuff with your left - play with someone not as good as you and try to go more towards the left, and bounce a tennis ball when your not doing anything ( with your left of course )

it considerably helps your co-ordination and as a result you will dribble better its just one of those things you know. it makes you think about what you're doing so it gets your mind thinking. even if you just quickly do it while you warm up before a game it can help you sounds strange but it does work.

Better basketball "Handles" is great its got 100+ drills you could do its great being able to layup with left hand feels unstopable just do everything with your left hand. Try doing exercises with two balls i hear thats effective.
