Hi there all I would like to tell all of you how Michael Jordan added 9 inches onto his already HUGE verical leap after his years at UNC. It's called the P.P.T. Band and he used it in correlation with his Jump Attack program after college. It works all the lower leg muscles by super-stretching and teaches the muscles to fire in correct sequence and especially for speed.

Any question comments are welcome as I can go into way more detail...the program is great. I just started in 2 days ago the first week last 5 days straight and I got my vert back that I lost from not training in-season It's amazing but hey, what else would you expect from the man who dunked from the free throw line and hung in the air forever!!

is that like the thing that lebron used on the commercial or ad or something.like he was tied to a band and he tried to dunk while the resistance of the band was preventing him to dunk?it sounds pretty good.u have a site?

hey guys this is a program that they sell on www.eastbay.com
you have to buy this red band thingy and then u have to buy the workout book also.. it comes to about 100 after taxes and shipping

juss to let every1 know!

Umm sry guys I can't message the acutal band its 39.99 the Jump Attack Program I have was the same price and the key Michael trained was the lift jump stretch sequence. And yes Lebron used it in his comercial and he couldnt dunk with it so i think that speaks volumes about the workout

Don't go to Eastbay go to ATTACK ATHLETICS and don't be fooled by what it actually says which is that it strenghtens the lower legs muscle but is mainly for prehabilitaion in the program Michael is quoted saying he measured 9 inches so type in ATTACK ATHLETICS and see for yourself

Obviously he dunked in 10th grade but he can't with the band on thats my point and this is my first post im in no way shape or form an advertiser I send in my complete results in 7 weeks
