"Your say" is very scientific lol. My opinion is about this program theres a possibility you could make large gains but to say exactly how much is'nt realistic. There are too many variables in this or in any program, not everyone works as hard/ not everyone has the same rest period/not everyone eats healthy etc. I think one of the biggest things whatever program you choose is to look at the long term as curtis did. Thats my new years resolution to try and do what he did this next year going completely through vjb. I don't think for alot of people huge gains in a short amount of time is realistic having tried myself but if you have thats awsome.
