mj had to have done exercises that helped his vert if he was on an nba team, all nba teams make you do drills that will increase your vert. Theres even a pic of him using the band on the site that sells it.

He's just using it for ankle protection, nowhere does he say it gave him 9 inches of vert.

yeah obviously but im just saying that mj definetly trained his vert, and that its not bs that mj endorses air attack.

hey "lakerz" your right it is not listed but in the program for the ppt band (not jump attack the other program) Michael is quoted as saying "...the ppt band is what I consider an invaluable tool for training my lower legs and preventing injuries..."

48 inched wud mean he cud get his head 6 inches over the rim lol. i think its more along the lines of 42-44

OK, so where did he say, or anyone say, he gained 9 inches from this? Did you just pull that out of your ass or did the jump attack program increase it by 9? Nowhere does it even say this band is used to increase vertical leap.

In the Jump attack book he says he gained 9 inches after doing it for 12 weeks while he was using the ppt band so its unclear which did it for him. I say both but the program states 8-14. I would say 14 if you did everything right and had a low vert i would say 8 if your in the 25-30 range
