iz there any point of using the band if u can jus dunk coz i jus strtd pullin sum dunkz off last week wen I strtd 2 ball agen coz ive been injured 4 a while buh i aint gna do any trainin yet im jus curious

looks like it focuses on the calves and ankles, maybe hammys, so how much can you possibly gain off that?

If it was your ankel or calf this would difinately bring you back and maybe more and I bet you wouldn't get a lower leg injury again

Yes calves and ankles but again the posterior chain (ankles calves hams and glutes) are probably number one to train for vert then abs lower back quads and shins.

Back 2 ur ? if you have a low vert say up to 18'' you could gain anywhere from 5-8'' if its in the 20's to 26 maybe 2-4 and a high 30+ 1-2 inches

btw its an 8 week program

am sure it just like all the other vertical programs out there. they promise huge gains but in reality it just varies on the person

yeah well i guess its just a marketing ploy,if people know michael jordan used this theyd obviously want to use it too.and if they obviously didnt say you would gain X amount of inches,people,especially the new guys at vertical training wouldnt buy it.
