There is really no answer I can give you but I can tell you that it works like a spring. So, the more force you can apply toward the ground the more of a gain you'll get.
so basically the stronger you are, the more of a gain you'll get from the springbak soles. But i heard that they are comfortable so I guess they are worth getting.

Re: Springbak insoles?
yes they work i have a pair and use them in my basketball shoes they make you gain bwt 1-2 ich but only when you but them on somthing hard, i put them under my insole in my practise basketball shoes coz the have hard bottoms. unlike my AI pumps that are soft under the insole which mean they dont work as well

they make u a lil bit faster, jump a lil bit higher but they also help prevent u from getting ankle or foot injury

Re: Springbak insoles?
0k, basicly they are a type of rubber that is an 8th of an inch thick i think. or a 16th. well anyways, they return more force back than any other insole and can increase ur vertical jump by up to 2-3 inches, they can make u run faster and protect u from ankle and foot injury.

I think I read on the website that you put them under your current insole, that might feel kind of weird.
