But what king says is also true. Kadour has never drunk alcohol, smoked, has an extremely healthy diet (5-6% bf) and stretches almost 4 hours a day which would make him an extreme contortionist. Now when you put into perspective all the sacrifices he has made for dunking, including how long he has been jumping/dunking and combine that with his muscle fiber ratio, the result is kadour ziani!
