Default Squatting N Deadlifting!!!!!!!!

To train for power do i train with lower reps or do i train with higher reps.
My max squat is around 320-330lbs. And i weight 149lbs. When i was in football i used to squat everday for 5 sets of 5 reps. So im juss askin to train for power do i stay in low reps or should i increase it to higher reps.

Does it matter how long i take, doing this reps. For example squatting down and then coming back up.

Heaviest you can do quickly, ex: under 2 seconds [down & up]. You prolly just don't wanna do it slowly. If your new to squatting form is key... i've seen alot of people try to squat alot of weight and have such bad tequnique.

Yeah proper technique is so important. And most people don't go low enough (I rarely see anyone at my gym go low enough), you gotta get your ass to the grass.

2 train for power use heavy weights, low reps and an explosive(relativley faster than normal lifting tempo) movement, while still keeping the proper technique
