i cant actually do that, it annoys me, i think its coz my calves and flexible enough..it gets on my nerves, especially coz i cant train for the 1legged pistol squat without gettin my calves flexible
and on top of that, doesnt kelly bagget mention somewhere that you should only do a parallel squat or something coz it simulates the jumping motion? so you dont hafta go in a full ass to grass squat to get in touch with your maximal strength?
