Default Has any1's vert decreased?

My vert decreased by a lil more than an inch, but then again i have gained close to 5 pounds....and i sprained my ankle twice and broke my toe lol...

so has any1 else experienced a vert decrease?

and if u did how did u come back from it?

i think my vert has decreased as i aint played ball since lyk sept buh i woz able 2 dunk just tho a cuple of weeks afta i woz injured which was great buh i aint tried since then

After 4 weeks of VJB Intermediate Strength Training + plyometrics
Running vert went to 29-30
Starting Novice Weights + Upperbody

During programs my vert always decreases, particulary when squatting 2x and deadlifting 2x starts to be incorporated into your program. Leaves your legs and cns dry haha.

Sometimes i just have a really bad day and my vert goes down like 3-6 inches

But yeh everytime i always come back from that.

aint u on a college team or sumthin? did u get cut...or are u jsut injured and will play later?

yea my verts gone down cuase i havent been training,however i stretch lots n stay active,play a lotta bball n skip so its only like 90% of my peak after training completion

Im still on tha team but i aint playin dis season coz im injured

well its been cold lately and my vert has decreased coz of it, just coz im all cold and ma bones and muscles are all frozen. jump much higher when its hot!

uh i think your vert decreases when you train too much or you don't train enough. end of story

well i broke my lewft ankle and dislocated my right.
lol
so i can barely get rim now
im doing a inseason vert program and hopefully itll get me back up
