Yo, anyone tried the flex nimbo?
I got from a friend yesterday.
I think u can get good gains in speed and vertical jump if u use it rigth.

ive seen stuff like this beforemits pretty gud resistance,and gud training method if you wanna break plateu or want a change

Thats not the most effective way to train. You need to be very careful when doing sports specific training as it can lead to changes in form and technique and at that price most of you can't afford it. Maybe you have the money but there are more important things to buy. If I had a lot of money I might get one as there is some use for it... But first you need to worry about your diet and other strength building equipment.

Im not sure if I'd buy it.. I mean, it seems really hard to manage, and you probably need really specific workout for it. Id rather use the same old God given gravity
