Nice gains man . But does doing bodyweights increase your vertical, too?

Running Vertical: 25-26 inches

Great gains, you need to do more plyo's though VJ and RVJ are too close/.

yeh it does help coz dat program helps make u stronger by using ur weight or sumthin lik dat

and i agree wit king u should do pylos by itself 2 separate ur VJ and RVJ

yeh man do novice plyo's and bodyweight if u felt begginer woz easy

make sure ya doin everything right

wateva u do dont overtrain even if it feels 2 easy

u may wanna do bodyweight and gmv ,cause gmv is a very gud plyo program 2
