Plyometrics are quite intense and can definitely lead to soreness. What plyometric drills are you doing and what floor surface are you doing them on?

im juss wondering cuz i dont get sore. The plyos i do are the ones from VJB intermediate. I also do the bodyweight strength training and i dont get sore with that 1 either. I heard that the bodyweight strength training are suppose to get you sore? I only feel the burning while im doing it.

im just looked over the vjb cause im gonna be startin it soon at it said you arent really supposed to get sore from plyometrics. how much plyometric experience have you had previously to starting intermediate by the way? cause im not sure whether to do novice or intermediate cause i've done a bit of plyometric routines before.

Bodyweight would surely make you sore if you haven't done it before. Again, my opinion is gains don't depend on soreness.

Right. I heard that tvp gives you more gain than VJB is that right?

No, it depends nobody has the same gentics , tvp might get some people 8 inches in gain and some people 4 inches, it depends on who you are but I like vjb cause it's actually proven and I've seen some gains with it and it isn't as advanced as tvp. Oh if plyometrics make your legs sore then you should get a bag of ice and ice the part down that's sore.
