Default Rest

I just wanna say that rest is really important. Rest is almost as important if not as important as training itself. I remember when I did 4 weeks of AA3 and played hard basketball everyday. I did not see any improvement. But after resting for about a week I gained like 2 inches on running. So if you dont see results right away or see slow results you need to take 1-2 WHOLE weeks off after finishing the program.

O yea I also was wondering if the best results would come after resting for 1-2 full weeks, if you are seeing some gains from the program that your on?

heh like ryano said you can really see a difference sometimes. After a program i did about 10 weeks ago i took a weeks rest decided to go to a bball court
and started dunking on a 10 ft for the first time ever. I was doing it with ease, 2 legged, 1 legged, 2 arms 1 arm, I was jumping like at least another 3-5 inches.

Ye that happened to me too

What you have to do is rest for a week (maybe doing VERY light things, like a shrort jog) Then u test. You'll then see what your gains were from the program
