Default Would it be complete overkill to do (revised) AA3 during VJB?

I am on phase I of VJB--bodyweight (b/c i can't get to a gym right now) and Intermediate Plyo (after 6 weeks of AA3). I have done plyo work in the past and did 6 weeks of revised AA3. (no calf raises- and less reps on burnouts)

since I was doing AA3 I was seeing gains...now i'm doing Intermediate plyos and I feel like I'm not gaining anything. I know it's only been a couple weeks and I'm not going to see results, but I saw almost instant results on AA3. and please don't bad-mouth me on doing AA3. It was free and I just wanted to do something other than just playing basketball every couple of days to improve.

Would it be overkill to do less AA3 and do Intermediate plyos on different days (or the same day for that matter)? Along with Bodyweight exercises.

6'3" 180lbs.
27" vertical---30" running off two feet
started AA3 and was at 20" after dislocating my knee and twisting ankles constantly...lol

any help would be appreciated...no bad-mouthing...AA3 was working for me

Why not do calf raises, that's one of the safe things from air alert .

If Air Alert was working for you and you want to risk the injuries, then just keep doing it. Plyo's aren't going to do much without a strength training program ( air alert does strengthen legs, but not by the amount needed)
