Default best things to do for handles

Whats happening everyone...post what you've done (using dribbling programs, dribbling specs, ANYTHING) that has helped you with your handles

well.... it matters wat u wanna improve on

WANNA IMPROVE ON U NON-PREFERED HAND ??
- learn how 2 juggle (pm me 4 an instruction manual on how 2 juggle)

WANNA STOP LOOKING AT THE BALL WHILE DRIBBLING ??
- try dribbling specs

WANNA IMPROVE DRIBBLING FULL STOP ??
- try a dribbling program e.g bone collectors dribbling program etc..

Well I Carry The Ball Everywhere I Go, And Start Dribblin Whereever I Went... It Help Out Alot, I Also Sleep Wit My Ball Sumtimes U Gotta Have A Good Palm Feeling For The Basketball, Know What I Mean...

haha, i always thought that the "sleep with the ball" was just a term to describe the fact that you should practice so much that you're basically sleeping with the ball, not actually SLEEP with it..haha.

Well I don't really train for handles I just like sometimes get bored and just dribble around in my room for awhile.Just tryin crazy stuff til I can acctually do it.I play on a team andeverybody on the team even the point gaurd say's that I hve the best handles.But I still am not point gaurd.
