hey guys, alotta u r posting loads of stuff on fundamentals,skillz of da game n stuff so i decided i should start a thread just for all this stuff

if u find anything u think will help anyone(links,videos,programs or anything else)please submit it here,as long as it doesnt violate any of the rules

I'd like 2 start off wif the 'white hot handles program' tat comes wif GMV

anyone else do this?

tell me how u went wif it

if there is anything u can post 2 help this topic,plz do so

with me, i dont really have much of a handles program that i follow

usually i just do what i lack handles on. say if im screwing up my crossovers, ill practice them, and if im screwing my round the back's then ill practice them and a few other little bits and pieces.

so i cant really say much more than that =p

i did the white hot handles program 4 about 2 weeks but it mainly works on ur control of the ball, so once i could do all of the drills pretty easily i stopped coz im already a good dribbler so i just practice dribbling like crossovers and stuff when im shooting around. i also just dribble with a basketball. if ur just putting up good programs to follow for skills then put up skip 2 my lou's shooting workout.

yer im gonna look around 4 some,but i woz hoping others would contribute 2

i recon its gud 2 do da program in conjunction wif other things like your doin 2 like maintain wot u good once your gud at it

Guys^^^^^the white hot handles program comes with GMV(get max vertical),i would send em 2 ya but me e-mail is fucked,however if u pm me we can talk n ill c wot i can do someother way
