Keep your elbow to the basket
FOLLOW THROUGH - shot looks so ugly if you dont
aim for the the back of the rim (side thats opposite from you)

Thats how ive been practicing lately, my shots way better then before

yeh, i used to aim for the back, but betterbasketball suggests to look at the front so ive changed. considering im sure jj reddick knows what hes talking bout.

Quick update. I just finished my 17th shooting workout in the rain. This sums up to 3400 shots taken in just the workouts alone over a 2 week period.

the workouts ended as follows:

50-60% (shots percentage made out of 200) : 1
60-65%: 1
65-70%: 2
70-75%: 4
75-80%: 9

Worst Percentage (57.5% 115/200)
Best Percentage: (78.5% 157/200)

Each workout takes approximately 1 hour, i try to do it twice a day (400 shots) all shots are attempted from around a free throw distance, front on to the rim.

Ill give you guys the avg percentage for all the workouts along with how many shots made out of 4000 shots in 3 wrokouts time. im hoping for it to be almost mid 70's.
