You, sir, should not be arguing when you don't understand the point being made.
But really, I do trust that you have had a tough life and basketball is your way out and you've practiced and practiced..man, you've had it rough, you hate those guys who get it all on a silver platter. Nice dude, you're an insparation.

Jackass-ness aside, if you don't understand what I'm saying, please don't try and argue.

Edit: Re-read it. Sorry. Forgot to say that I mean this in the most respectful possible way.

Not always because if you are successful with the bad habits, and are used to using the bad habits, whats the difference? Yea, it might be harder to shoot like that, but if you've practiced a shooting technique enough, anything can be successful.

i get what your saying but these videos arent always needed or the best thing wen there are other easier ways of getting this info without spendin stuff. i havent had a tough life either really basketball wise i've never had a good coach before thats y i used to coach my own team a while back.

Alright, so what you are saying is that trial and error is easier and better than getting something (buying or otherwise) to teach you. Now, I do respect that because that is exactly what I've done until now. Most people who play basketball have never had a good coach, and I'll bet that 90% of the people on here are in the same boat.
So, I saved up some money and was looking into this video. It is a different shooting style, but something close to what I have come to learn by myself. So, instead of me spending hours and hours and hours practicing, I could get a video which has already done my research, and will teach me an efficient way to shoot.
So, by saying, "Just practice" is great, but practicing with better form after having been taught, is, in my opinion, better. More options, more trial and error, etc.
So that is where I stand and that is how I came into this. Didn't want to have to go through all this, but that is just because I am so impatient. Sorry if people thought I was mean, haha, just being me.

Note: This probably isn't so clear, so if you don't understand it fully the first time, don't worry about it. I'm looking around to see if I can find any part of the video on the net and see if it is worth the purchase. Thanks to those who have helped!

i see what your saying and that probably works alot better for you than it would for me but it really isnt trial and error more refinement of your technique and all the time spent learning technique while making minor changes until you get it textbook just means as soon as you get the right technique you have already practiced it alot and therefore easier to learn than change all at once.

that worked better for me but may not work for u, i first thought u were just dismissing the idea, my bad.

Oh I have it but can't seem to upload it, the video file comes in specific parts instead of all at once, I tried but then gave up cause I might be able to crack the file but I don't want to get caught trying to distribute a legal dvd, but I did find it once on limewire and I saw it once on a torrent site(except I can't remember which one), but it got taken down.
