as you probly know thear is like 1000 threads debating on weather or not air alert is good or if it is bad
i have read several articals saying that air alert is bad
but when you go to the air alert site it says the exact opposite (duh they are trying to sell it)

hoppfuly this will end all the debate on weather or not to do air alert
i will not be voting because i have never done the program i just know whut i have been told

dont vote if u havent done it, only if u know from expirence

The Admins can sticky it ask one of them and yes tru point dont vote unless u have done it.

when you get to the high reps after week 5 i think, you will get injuries unless you have REAL strong legs. The only way that MIGHT avoid injury is to do your high reps on a shock absorbent mat.

there seems to be to much risk in the program. my friend has started it but i think his gonna stuff somethin up bad cause his had previous leg problems.

wtf? 6 ppl have sed its bad and 4 have said its good, have there been that many ppl that have got results from it on this forum?
