Default my max reps

alright so i went to the gym to find out my max reps and here they are (there actually really low, but i just started working out)

squat: 260
ham raise: 150
calf raise: 135
deadlift: 110
barbell lunge: ?
Bench press: 70
Barbell row: 70
Overhead press: 40

as u can see, my lower body is pretty strong compared to my upperbody. I couldnt find my max benchpress, lunge or squat because i didnt have a spotter. for benchpress, lunge and squat, how much should i do for vjb??

your upperbody is significantly weaker than you lower body but your numbers are great for lower body especially your squat if youve just started but isnt your deadlift supposed to be higher that your squat?

I'm 100% sure your deadlift is WAY high if you can squat that much.

Well there are some things to consider as he may have a weaker lower back or he has leaned incorrect form with the deadlift..

lol i pretty sure my form is pretty good, but my lower body is really weak. and i also didnt try any higher then 110 because all the plates were being used, so its probably like 20 pounds higher.

If you are sure you're deadlifting with the right form, then you probably are only quarter squatting. Especially considering how weak you are in the other lifts.

What do you mean ham raise 150? No fucking way you are doing that. Do you mean leg curls.

All these stats look like bs to me. Calf raising 135 but squatting 260. GTFO. You wonder why I always "doubt" you, it's because you post bs like this. What happened to your 9 foot reach? If you had arms like that the deadlift would be your best lift.

Everyone's Gym Stats

Considering your stats are much different there, I can tell you're a liar. You're not even smart enough to make up the same stats.

I think that by hame raise he means glute hame raise. And I think that his bw is 150lbs, so that he means that he can glute ham raise his bw once.

I do partially agree with JCsBck on how some of his lifts seem highly irregular. Plus, if u can squat 260 and ur bw is 150, that means that u can squat 1.7 times ur bw. If u can do that then ur deadlift has to much higher then that.
