I've done air alert up to the 9th week and I have got no injuries whatsoever. It did make me sore, but my body got used to it by the 6-7th week. The problem was it didn't increase my hops for more than an inch. Considering all that time and effort, it was not worth it

hoppfuly this will end all the debate on weather or not to do air alert
i will not be voting because i have never done the program i just know whut i have been told

dont vote if u havent done it, only if u know from expirence

hear it is TO END IT ALL
Man air alert will not mess up the knees i'm on week 8 i feel fine probably gained about 4 inches.I think the problem with air alert is that a whole bunch of people who are not in great shape do the program. Its probably a good idea to have a pretty good fitness base before starting this program by that i mean not 20 lbs overweight.

I just started using AIR ALERT IV NOT 1,2 or 3. It says in the manuel and the video that it suggests doing in on a soft surface cush as a carpet to absoreb the shock which helps protect your knees

I'm on week 11 and have gained maybe 1 inch. ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT. I was told it doesn't kick in until week 12 but I still think Air Alert is a load of shit. Maybe I should start VJB. Can't believe I wasted time and money on a load of shit.

air alert trains for endurance not power so it is not as effective as programs that train for power. Gains will most likely be experienced by beginners.
