yeh its good, 60% have said its bad, thats enough for me. i dont think that many ppl have done it on here tho and alot of them dont no what they talking bout if they havent tried it before or dont know much about jump training

omg.. sory..can someone get rid of this thread its a l;ittle common sence that everyone is different so someone might or might not get a increase but just get rid of this thread!!!!!!!!

its not about vert increase its about the dozens of people who have injured themselves doing this program

i dont see how you would get injured unless u have brittle bones and are doing the exercises wrong

Repetitive jumping can cause knee tendonitis and shin splints. Not really serious if you catch it early, but it can become really serious.

I just finished week 3. I could see the gave me results when I play ball. I'm starting to have doubts from most of the replies I seen on this site. I will try until week 5 and see if my legs hurt in anyway. Before Air Alert I would do so many squats, so I thought I try a jumping program because squats got boring for me.

first few weeks are just for conditioning. REAL training starts from 8th week or so.
