Default Re: Doing Air Alert, full aware of risks- any advice?

any tip on warming up or cooling down?
Chriso, I would really like to know as well, how long it took you to notice you had weak legs after you completed the program

Also, for those that have tried the program, when should I stop the program (dont say now)? Are there any signs that showed up during the duration of the program, or is the knee injury only obvious after you stop the program?

regarding how long it took to realise injuries, it was probably within 1-2 weeks time. within that period after stopping, my legs were over fatigued, and my knees were damn week. i had to take another 6 weeks off basketball(and any other sport) on top of that to help recover, but even now my knees are still quit weak, and with osgood schlatters slowing down my training.
