Default VJB exercises questions

How can i do a ski squat without a medicine ball?
I don't understand the cross body off box lunge. Can someone give me a detail description of how to do it w/ an image if possible?
Scissor hip: "First, bring the non-working leg towards your chest (hip flexion and knee flexion)." What does he mean with that? I understand the part where u should bring ur hips up
And i don't see the bodyweight squats description at all?

You can just do them with your back against the wall. Or if you want you can put a towel between your back and the wall.
PS You use a Swiss Ball for ski squats.

i used a basketball for ski squat...

and for those descriptions, use google please, i'm lazy to write now, i skipped crossbody, but scissor is a good exercise, you lie on the floor and put both legs on a chair, you just bring your nonworking leg to your chest and push your working leg on the chair to make your hip leave the ground at the same time.

Just do the normal lunges. Forget these complex terms. A lunge is a lunge.
