Before:
20 Inch Standing
22 Inch Running

Now:
30 Inch Standing
34 Inch Running

I did a lot of strength training and my own training programs. I'm gonna be doing all I can this off season to get up to a 40 inch vertical.

I will be posting clips of my dunks in real high school games. I have a few from preseason.

Oh and the static hip flexor stretch and standing calf stretches both work great.

What's a static hip flexor stretch man?! I heard it increases your vert instantly for about 1-2 inches...is that true?

well the hip flexor is commonly known as a weak muscle and it tightens up your legs so it lowers your vertical. Theres an exercise you can do that losens it up so that it doesn't tighten up your muscles and then you can jump a few inches higher. Theres also exercises to make it strong, google hip flexor.

that hip flexor thing, im definetly gunna look into that...

but in the summer( like june/july) i could barely do a 2 hand dunk on 8 foot with my fullest effort.

now i could do a standing 2 hand dunk on 8'6 and a running one hand dunk on 9 foot...i havent tried anythin higher tho...but keep in mind im 5'9 and 172 lbs, but not the "fat type" lol
