Skip rope with one leg I know that helps a bit.

its like talking to a wall.

PLEASE DO NOT POST ANSWERS IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THE ANSWER.

THE LEG EXTENSION AND LEG CURL ARE NOT FUNCTIONAL AND WILL DO VERY LITTLE FOR VERTICAL JUMP.

THE BEST ONE LEGGED WEIGHT TRAINING EXERCISES ARE ONE LEGGED DEADLIFTS, ONE LEGGED SQUATS, GLUTE HAM RAISE AND SINGLE LEG HYPER EXTENSIONS.

AND FOR ONE LEGGED PLYOS WOULD BE ONE LEGGED DEPTH JUMPS, ONE LEGGED ALTITUDE JUMPS, SINGLE LEG CALF JUMP CURLS.

THESE ARE THE MAIN EXERCISES.
