look a deep squat and the deadlift togather can completely cover the posterior and anterrior chain as the other 3 togather cannot even cover them.

just because you hang out with proffesionals does not mean you are a proffesional.

where do you think these athletes learned how to train they learned from their trainers.

i hope you learn some helpful stuff.

you better go back and reread that post....because number one i never said anythign about a leg press...and i have a degree in human kinetics so i do know what i am talking about....i don't hang out with professionals i am a professional.....and if you think an athlete just starting to work on vertical leap won't need leg extension and leg curl your dumb....thats how you build up the initial strength to perform the difficult plyo exercises....better check you training manual...lol....like i said before just cause your a moderator don't mean know everything, or anything for that matter...your the moderator of a free online forum site, yeah that really means something...lol

Wow, why do you start shit with everybody? You're the one that thinks he knows everything. So really, it's you that doesn't know anything. Why do you spend all your time on this site lately. Every time I come to check up on some of the posts I made, you are on starting shit.

Yea you started shit with me because I said learning how to shoot/dribble/pass/defender is more important than dunking. And you change your story every time. You told me you went to a D2 school because you weren't a good player in high school, nothing to do with grades.

Also, if you didn't get good enough grades to get to a d1 school, why would I listen to you on something like this? Obviously you're not smart.
