Default i squated for the first time

i squated for the first time and i squated 150 pounds and i weight 145 pounds. I am 6-3 is that good?

u r supposed to do 1.5x ur body weight so i guess not..

No. If that was your max it is not.

I squatted 180 lbs for my first time ever maxing out at squatting and I was 6'2 145 pounds and that's basically the same as you.

i guess it depends if that was a 10 rep thing
if it was one rep then it's not all that good

try a one rep maximum (if you can)
then you can see if it's good or not
but i think that's pretty good considering that's the first time you squatted

You need to work on your squat. But it's not like thats a terrible first time squat. There is people that can't even do their own bodyweight.

I have a question though; How far down did you squat? And was it with a barbell or on a machine?

It was barbell i went down 1/4 almost all the way down

man thats a perfectly acceptable first time squat....i still remember the first time my jv coach took us to the weight room in ninth grade....the bar weighed 45 lbs and i couldn;t bench that or squat that...lol....i know it sounds crazy especially since now i bench 275 and squat over 300....but you keep working and you'll get there
