giv it some time
u should get used 2 it,ya probably not ready 4 it yet,but u will get there
if u r really struggling 2 do it,and ur bak hurts more and more, then it means ya prob not conditioned 4 it yet,and u should do something like begginer plyo's,or an easier program like maybe gmv.

hey i did bodyweights already and i think that you should not do the ski squat, scissorhip extension, one leg deadlift, one leg gdmorning, king dedlift, glutham rise, therest should be ok, but if it hurts, stop. just dont hurt yourself. take care

the first phase is extremely exhausting, like 80 minutes; then the others take 50 minutes, but the intensity is increasing every phase. sure it' hard. but if you want gains, you have to do it no matter how hard a program is.

if you've never trained before then you might break a sweat.

the thing is that it's not high intensity like you won't be huffin and puffin

but

it's pretty hard on you and you'll feel it (especially if it's the first time you've trained). and the one legged squats are hard.
