Default Help!
I recently got the vertical jump bible free off a website and it was like 21 pages on microsoft word but it didn't have the description for the drills, I was wondering if someone who owns it can copy and paste the page where it explains the exercises for beginniners pylometrics, Thanks.

21 pages doesn't seem to be a lot. mines is over 100 pages. maybe you don't have the full version. try and get the full version. (it prob has exercise descript)

and for the exercises, try googling them.
