I think that you should not get ankle weights.
They cause injuries, especially to your knees.
I know a lot of people who have tried them, but stopped because they had been experiencing knee problems. I have even tried them myself and they hurt my knees

I never tried them, but they will injure you and of course delay your growth. I suggest doing normal exercises will do, no need for ankle weights.

If you wear them on your ankles, they will absolutely injure your knees. If you want to use them at all, wear them at your knee. I still don't suggest it.

Do not get ankle weights! They will pull on your joints and can cause arthwritis (bad spelling). Most people do not reccomned them. the companies that recommend them are usually the one that are selling them. You don't need them to succeed.

The worst thing is that if you wear them on your ankles, it is easy to strain the anterior cruciate ligament. I had mine reconstructed because of a fall on a snowboard. Trust me, this is not something you want to have happen to you.
