Default better basketball post play

i was wondering if anyone had the bb post play. i tired limewire and everything, but i cant find it (limewire is full of viruses). can some1 send it 2 me??

i have it... its an alright video but the one i suggest getting is Pete Newells Playing Big. Its a book but it comes with a DVD. its great comes with drills to improve stability,footwork,all the post moves (low,mid,high),rebounding,blocking shots,passing and much more. I suggest Playing Big over Better basketball because Pete Newell runs a succesfull big man camp and he knows his stuff.

I have it and its a great video. It gives everything you need to know about post play and if you study it you will become good a playing the post. They even have Jermaine O'Neal on it giving his advice and demonstrating some techniques. This is a great video as are all the bb videos.
