Default Vjb

I have one this computer VJB. But there are no images at the descriptions of the exercises. (I've got it off the internet) It sometimes makes it hard to understand it. Does somebody have online VJB with the original images or at least the images of the descriptions?

Already Thanks

willdunk, we'll help you w/ any exercise you don't understand... but u'll need to request the exact name for it. and ur doin VJB only ask for around 6 at a time, cause that's about all there are in a phase... as you progress w/ each phase i'm sure we can help.

With the ski-squat, he's talking about 5 positions. But I think i have another image? (Like I said i don't have the images, it would be great if someone could post those images with the EXERCISES WITHOUT WEIGHTS)

And isn't the split squat same as the Peterson step-up? I don't really understand the split squat i think.

Thanks for the reply btw

split squat is like you put your rear foot on a chair and the other leg straight in front, then you squat down with the specified tempo.
peterson step up is like you stand on a chair, one foot on the chair and the other hanging, you squat down till the hanging foot touch the ground.
for these exercises, i think you can search on google for descriptions and images.
